TSiBA's Ignition Centres at its campuses in Cape Town and Eden have been supporting entrepreneurs since 2007. Over the past six years they have supported over 350 entrepreneurs.
Awarded over 1,000 full tuition scholarships to students to study towards accredited TSiBA programmes
Produced 2 Kofi Annan Scholars, 2 Allan Gray Orbis Candidate Fellows and 5 Mandela Rhodes Scholars in a five year period, all of whom have gone on to study at postgraduate level at eminent public universities around the world
Consistently produces a 50% throughput rate in the degree programme versus the national average of 25% for students in three-
25% of TSiBA students graduate in minimum time, which is more than double the national rate of 12% for maginalised students
95% of TSiBA graduates are either employed or pursuing post graduate studies versus the national average of 32%
2 out of 3 employers report that they are "delighted" with their new employee
95% of Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) degree graduates who pursue postgraduate studies complete their qualifications successfully
2 out of every 3 of TSiBA graduates are 'Paying it Forward' in some way i.e. igniting opportunity for others in turn by mentoring, lecturing, tutoring, assisting in the community etc
Two years after graduation a TSiBA BBA degree student is in the top 10% of income earners in the country
TSiBA Eden was awarded a Green Flag WESSA Award in 2011 for achieving positive environmental change through learning and management of their green campus.
